150608-N-VJ282-008 NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (June 8, 2015) – Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS Porter (DDG 78), right, USS Donald Cook (DDG 75), center, and USS Ross (DDG 71) moored pierside in Rota. This is the first time the three forward-deployed ships have been in port together since being forward-deployed to Rota, Spain as part of the President’s European Phased Adaptive Approach to NATO’s ballistic missile defense in Europe.
