The Dorner Truck & Foundry Co., which has purchased a plantat Logansport, Ind., is a reorganization of the old Dorner Truck-Si Manufacturing of Cleveland, O., Mr. H. A. Dorner of theold company being associated with local business men. The com-• pany has ample capital to run the business on a large scale andwill engage in the manufacture of the well-known Dorner cleaners, fenders, car wheels, brake slioes and ntlier streel ST. A representative of the Review recently inspected tlie plant ofthe company and found everything in fine shape. The machineand truck shop is 65x175 ft., the foundry 50x200 ft., blacksmith shop35x75 ft. The machinery is all modern and the shops are wellequipped to turn out work rapidly and of the best quality. Theshipping facilities are excellent, a side-track running into the yardsof the Wabash road and connecting with five divisions of the Penn-sylvania, the Vandalia and Eel River railroads. The officers of the company are: President, S. B. Boyer; vice-president. George Ash; secretary and treasurer. J. C. Hadley; su-perintendent, H. A. Dorner.
