Command Sgt. Maj. Shavonda Devereaux, senior enlisted advisor for Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital presents Staff Sgt. Tabitha Moore with a plaque for winning the BJACH NCO of the Year Competition during the hospital's monthly awards ceremony on Feb. 24 at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk. In addition to the plaque Moore earned the Army Achievement Medal and an anvil.
