CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – A child opens her raffle gift Dec. 28 during a USO holiday dinner aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Marines and their families participated in a raffle for wrapped gifts ranging from water bottles to skateboards.
