Recruits from Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, perform the movement to contact portion of a combat fitness test at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Jan. 18. This portion of the CFT simulates recruits running into combat. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate Feb. 9.
