The Star is the Training Facility for the Dallas Cowboys It's where the Cowboys go to work every day. The Center is part of the 30 facility complex. Ford Center is the indoor playing field where the team practices and is also the game stadium for the Frisco ISD High School Teams. FC Dallas, the pro soccer team, has Toyota Stadium for their games as for the youth soccer programs that feed the national teams with new pro players. Both Texas Health and Baylor Scott White have sports medicine facilities in Frisco adjacent to the complexes. The Dr. Pepper center is AA Minor League Base Ball. The Stars has a hockey facility so Frisco has become a mecca for sports in DFW Metroplex.
