First Annual Outing of Cincinnati TerminalEmployes Attended by 3500 k AN epoch in the social activities of theCincinnati Terminals took place re-cently, when about 3500 employes,their families and their friends gathered atCincinnatis famous recreation center, Ches-ter Park, at their first annual outing, Gen-eral Manager Begien having granted a halfhoHday in order that all the employesmight attend. Arrangements for the outing were madeby a committee consisting of Joseph Beel,chairman; J. J. ODonnell, W. C. Fisherand W. J. Maloney. Much credit for thesuccess of the picnic was due to the untiringeflforts of the chairman and committee inarranging in detail the program for the day:first a popularity contest, and second anelaborate athletic program. In order to have representation from eachdepartment it was arranged to hold a pri-mary election prior to the outing, and theemployes selected by ballots the candidates,a man and woman from each result of the primary election was t
