Miniature Ointment jar, Second Intermediate Period, Dynasty 13, late-15/17, ca. 1700–1550 , From Egypt, Memphite Region, Lisht South, Mastaba of Senwosretankh, Pit 29, 1932–33, Travertine (Egyptian alabaster), h. cm (2 3/16 in); d. cm (1 3/4 in), The five miniature ointment jars were excavated in the subsiduary shaft tomb 29 in the area of the mastaba of Senwosretankh at Lisht South. The shaft led to two chambers. In the debris filling the shaft and both chambers were found remains of a funerary mask
