Lt. Col. Jack Stumme, a chaplain assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, speaks with Col. (ret.) Jack L. Hamilton at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in Fayetteville, , Oct. 25. The division’s 2nd Brigade Combat Team hosted a leader professional development seminar and 30th commemoration of the invasion of Grenada to discuss historical lessons learned for the modern Global Response Force. Hamilton commanded the lead battalion task force, the division’s 2nd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, during the operation in 1983.
