The official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Sept. 23rd 2014 is 38,5782 rubles for $1 and 49,6193 rubles for €1. The market exchange rate varies depending on a bank. Still there is no signs of feverish demand for foreign currency in Moscow. The cheapest local exchange rate was seen in Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya street of the Garden Ring of Moscow.
