Dr. Marc Bermann, a professor at Pittsburgh State University, assists Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) personnel during an investigation in the Primorsky Krai region of Russia, May 16, 2018. The investigation team conducted interviews with witnesses and researchers and located three possible crash sites. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
