The vine may be allowed to trail on the ground or may be trained and tied to trellises, etc. The melons are about the size of a Cocoanut, with seed no larger than apple seed. They are very solid, rich crimson flesh and of the highest quality,, perfectly ideal for the home garden. Fruit ripens for a long period, unlike other sorts which ripen their fruit mostly at one time. We picked melons from our vines of this variety for a period of two months. Novel and attractive. Pkt, 15c.; 3 pkts., 30c Pineapple SQ^as^* A beautiful and delicious little Squash not much larger than a cocoanut. Color deep richorange and green, splen- didly striped and variegated Shell hard, flesh fine grain- ed, rich and exceedingly high flavored. In appearance it is much like a gourd, and the vines are vigorous and free growing, producing a great quantity of the lovely little squashes. It is good alike as a summer or winter variety, and being so prolific a few hills will supply a good sized family. Pkt., 15c: 2 pkts., for 25c. Tinjbtictoo Gbiffeeo A species of Lupine, the seed of which is used exten- sively for coffee in Africa by natives and whites alike. Our first seed came from a traveller who said it was superior to our coffees. After six years we have sufficent to offer. We And it of splendid flavor and aroma, but somewhat bitter if strong. Most people who like the bitterness in b^er would like the flavor of this Coffee. It grows freely and yields well. Sow in the open ground very early. It will ntien in July.
