Jan 26, 2010 - Blohm + Voss docks seen across the partially frozen river Elbe in the German port of Hamburg. Shielded from public view, the world largest privately owned yacht, the Eclipse, is currently being built at Blohm & Voss shipyard in the German port of Hamburg. At an estimated cost of roughly 800 Million Euros, the yacht owned by Russian oil tycoon Roman Abramovich features two helipads, a submarine as well as a missile defence system and a laser anti-paparazzi shield.
