(Dec. 7, 2016) Flight lieutenant Martin Rowe, a member of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), puts his new squadron patch on during a graduation ceremony at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. During the ceremony members of the of the RAAF graduated from the EA-18G Growler pilot and electronic warfare officer pilot exchange program.
