Sculptor Bruce Williams leaps over three of his laser cut fence panels for a public art project called Running Wall .Bruce Williams is a Brighton based sculptor who specialises in massive metal installations. These panels are seen on the beach near his workshop at Brighton with the sea in the background. They are three of 20 which were comissioned for the Lee Valley Sports Centre in Leyton East London in 1997.
