A long and tall wall surrounds the grounds of the Royal Palace, the site of many historic pagodas in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The site is also home to Norodom Sihamoni, the King of Cambodia. He became King on 14 October 2004, a week after the abdication of King Norodom Sihanouk. He is the eldest son of King Sihanouk and Queen Norodom Monineath.
