View West South West along Southern Rampart. One of largest Iron Age hill forts in Northern Britain and the largest in Northumberland covering circa 15 acres on the double peak of Yeavering Bell. Dates from circa 400 BC with signs of some 125 hut platforms. Yeavering Bell is 361m high
