NAPLES, Italy (Dec. 6, 2016) Fabio Improta, Utilities and Energy Branch Operator in Responsible Charge, explains the operation of the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples water treatment plant to Rear Adm. Darius Banaji, Commander Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, during a site visit to NSA Naples and NAVFAC Europe Africa Southwest Asia (EURAFSWA). NAVFAC EURAFSWA builds and maintains the infrastructure and utilities of installations in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia to support the warfighting missions of the Navy and its allies.
