Hugh Price Hughes (1847–1902) was a 19th century Welsh Christian minister and advocate for social reform who served in multiple leadership roles in the Wesleyan Methodist Church. He was the first president of the National Council of Evangelical Free Churches and also served a year-long term as president of the Wesleyan Methodist Conference. (Photo c1890 by W. & D.
