Philadelphia, Feb. 1, half-past six bill pending for the payment of interest on the State debtdue this day, has passed both branches of the Legislature byunanimous votes in each, and has been signed by the Governor. Philadelphia, Feb. 3, three interest due on the debt of the State of Pennsylvania waspaid to-day at the Bank of Pennsylvania, as far as called forbefore three oclock, the usual hour of closing the Bank. .At noon a salute of as many guns as there were votes in the Legislature in favour of the bill for the payment of the interest was fired at Bush Hill, by a detachment of the National Artillery Company.
