First Sergeant Andrew DeVito, assigned to Army Medical Department Activity-Bavaria, helps prepare for an event during the MEDDAC Bavaria Best Warrior Competition. DeVito was selected as the best first sergeant and will join Regional Health Command Europe's best junior officer, noncommissioned officer, and Soldier at Fort Shafter, Hawaii in July to compete for the Army Medical Command Best Leader title.
