Banking hubs are being opened in places where it is difficult to access face to face banking services. This hub in Haslemere was previously a Lloyds Bank branch which closed down. Banking hubs have counter services operated by Post Office staff, where you can withdraw and deposit cash, make bill payments and carry out regular banking transactions. In addition, there are private spaces where you can speak to someone from your own bank about more complex issues. These work on a rotating basis, so there are staff from different banks available on different days. Most of the big banks in the UK are taking part, covering the vast majority of customers.
