5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Sept. 21, 2017) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Ashley Frost, a native of Kansas City, Missouri, assigned to the deck department aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), makes an announcement over the ship’s 1MC while standing watch in the bridge. Pearl Harbor is part of the America Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
