Three type welding machines were secured from us. One of theseis seen in the picture at work on Coxwell Avenue, Toronto, where theLincoln Carbon Arc Process is being used for joint welding. The Lincoln Carbon Arc Process was choser/because of its low cost, itsgreat conductivity, its long life and its permanency. The Toronto Transportation Commission^ias chosen wisely. It will findthat the Lincoln Process will not only add 10 years of life to their old tracks,but that it will also cut in half the maintenance cost of new tracks.
