Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero of Guam and Lt. Gov. Josh Tenorio, lay a wreath during the Hasso Monmong-Toto-Maite Marine Depot Memorial Ceremony in Maite, Guam on July 7, 2022. Located in Mongmong-Toto-Maite, along Route 8, sits a small monument dedicated to the 5th Field Service Depot, a Marine supply outlet. Guam was liberated on July 21, 1944, which ended the Japanese occupation that had begun in 1941.
