PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 6, 2017) Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Kamya Kinlaw fills out a registration form for a Navy College Program for Afloat College Education (NCPACE) class aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group (CSG) will report to 3rd Fleet, headquartered in San Diego, while deployed to the western Pacific as part of the Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of 3rd fleet into the region.
