Army Soldiers assigned to the 859th Engineer Company from the Mississippi Army National Guard drill anchor holes into the concrete slab, which will soon be the foundation under the gazebo. These Soldiers spent their annual training at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany, building several construction projects March 11 – 31. For many of the younger Soldiers this is the first time building anything of this scale since their initial military occupational skill training.
