Archeologist Mr. Jeremy Decker, a scientific recovery expert with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), aligns his compass to established stake utilizing a plumb bob in the Nghe An Province, Vietnam, November 26, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
