It is myopinion that the State of Maine has thebest laws, and, better still, they haveofficers who enforce those laws. It hasnever been my good fortune to learn ofany game laws in a State that were selfenforcing. Maine appropriates money tosee that her game and fish laws areobeyed, and note the result.
