Church of St. Nicolas from Usokha in Pskov, Russia

Church of St. Nicolas from Usokha was built in place of drained swamp ("Usokha" stands for drained swamp) in 1371. It was second largest church after Trinity Cathedral in the city at that time. In 1535 the church burned down and new one was built in the place. Due to cultural layers which are 2 meters thick, the church nowadays looks more stocky than it was in 16th century.
