ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 27, 2018) – Marine Cpl. Cassandra Olive, assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), applies a tourniquet during a casualty training drill on the flight deck of the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) Dec. 27, 2018. Fort McHenry and embarked 22nd MEU are on a scheduled deployment as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while also providing a forward naval presence.
