Rear Adm. Anne Swap, commander, Navy Medicine East, receives a tour of the new Naval Branch Health Clinic Panama City, Fla., from Petty Officer 1st Class Danielle Duty following a ribbon cutting ceremony for the clinic Dec. 14. The new clinic will provide patient-centered care for active duty service members assigned to Naval Support Activity Panama City, retirees in the area and their families in a modern and safe facility conducive to health care.
