The Puerto Rico Army National Guard Join Forces Head Quarters Celebrated the Promotion Ceremony of MAJ Roberto Gonzalez Tristani to Lieutenant Colonel. Dic 28. Between friend and families and other fellow soldiers the now Lieutenant Colonel Roberto Gonzalez Tristani received his promotion in the ‘Salon Cordero’ in San Juan Puerto Rico at the 3½’ Stop National Guard Facility.
