Shot of the Waterfront development on Pits Bay Road, Hamilton Bermuda. The Waterfront on Pitts Bay is a multi use development situated on Hamilton Harbor. This prestigious site comprises of 180,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail, which houses the renowned Miles Market, a gourmet food store, The Bank of Butterfield Waterfront Branch and The Tone Zone, an on site health club. The project was designed by Childs Bartman and Tseckares and Conyers & Associates from Bermuda, who have reflected the vision of the Cox family. Not only is Bermuda design and sensitivity recognized but also a strong emphasis on quality. We are proud of the world class tenants who reside here. BCM McAlpine, utilizing the best of Bermuda’s work force, built the building and was able to complete the project months ahead of its projected completion at a level that met or exceeded international standards. The Waterfront has recently completed a 54-berth marina with deep-water dockage and new Shell fueling facility. In May of 2004 the project commenced construction of three additional office buildings that are due for completion in June of 2006. This phase of the project will create an additional 90,000 square feet of office space, three upscale residential units and plans are underway for the creation of Harry’s Bar – an upscale dining facility situated on the water. The final phase of the project will comprise of 12 one and two bedroom residential units that will be on the water’s edge and finished at a standard consistent with this world-class facility.
