She currently does alternating thirteen hour shifts, between 8 in the morning to 9 at night and 8 at night to 9 in the morning with the service working 7 days a week, 365 days a year. On top of work has non work time to study, catch up on paperwork. Has so far done 5 years of training with 5 more to go toward consultancy. Worried the new contract will possibly increase hours but that it can reduce the hours between shifts so little time to recover from a previous shift.
