Sgt. Seabrook, , took this photograph as part of his military activities during World War One. The image depicts a military reservoir constructed using an assemblage of rubberized canvas pieces. This reservoir was used to store drinking water for the divisions moving up to the front. Sgt. Wm. McGrath of Co. F, 26th Engrs., can be seen in charge of the reservoir near Bertreme Ferme in Firest Be Hesse, Meuse, France. The photograph has the identification number 25,924 and was taken in May 1918.
