Merry-go-round with Christmas train, ferris wheel, fun fair and stalls at the new Christmas market at Nytorv, Copenhagen

The new Christmas market at Nytorv in Copenhagen on an unusually clear evening with the new, big and colourful ferris wheel. It is a great attraction on the main pedestrian street, Strøget, this Christmas. A number of residents in the nearby flats are not especially happy about the disturbance and the glances from above, however. A wheel of this size was not expected by the neighbouring citizens and the City Council's permission for this has become somewhat controversial.
