Front cover from The Roof over Britain published by HMSO in 1943. Games later went on to be a freelance illustrator designing amongst many other things the stamps for the 1948 Olympic games, the symbol for the festival of Britain, and the BBC bat wings symbol & became one of the 20th centuries great poster designers. This image was produced by him as a serving officer & so is subject to the normal Crown copyright reserved /expired 50 years after publication
