Recruits of Golf Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, walk with logs during a physical training session at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Feb. 23. Drill instructors supervised the session to help recruits maintain a safe distance away from the other groups while walking from station to station. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Golf Company is scheduled to graduate April 29.
