A participant in the Kingston Extreme Food Challenge 2013 contest, forces Norwegian fermented fish down. This pungent dish is a delicacy. Many of the dishes in the contest were sourced with the help of embassies. This oriental gentleman consumed most courses with gusto. Many of the dishes that were eaten were considered challenging to the UK contestants.
