I must also bring forward another point of considerable import- ance—that is, that the honey from each day's extracting as it is run into the tank should be left undisturbed until ready to be run off into tins or other vessels for market. It is most unwise to run two or more days' extracting together in same tank, as the frequent disturbance of the honey is both against its clarifying and ripening properly. The tanks I recommend are divided along the centre.
