The 39th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron’s Health Promotion element hosted the competition to promote physical readiness and test Airmen’s athletic abilities. Airmen competed in a variety of events including a 40-yard dash, vertical jump, shuttle run, plank hold, bench press, tire flip and 400-meter run.
