Saint-Quentin, France - June 10 2020: The building of the former Seret department stores is an Art Deco building located at the Carrefour des Quatre Vents was built in 1910 and rebuilt identically in 1923 following the bombardments. It is composed of an exposed metal frame decorated with ceramic and topped by a dome.
