Aerial view of the historic 36 gun sailing frigate USS CONSTELLATION (Former IX-20) in a small drydock to the north of Fort McHenry. The ship began a lengthy rebuild last March to correct serious deterioration of the hull structure. In this view extra planking holds the sides in place. Also note that the main gun deck has been removed. The ship is being returned to her Civil War appearance.
