PORTLAND, Ore. (June 23, 2017) - Sailors from the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) receive instructions from an employee at Meals on Wheels resource center in Portland, June 23. The Sailors volunteered in the kitchen to help prepare food, package the meals, clean dishes and other various tasks.
