12th Fighter Squadron personnel strap a simulated injured co-worker onto a stretcher during a Combat Employment Readiness Exercise on Elmendorf AFB, Arkansas. Members are in Mission-Oriented Protective Posture level four (MOPP 4). MOPP 4 provides the highest degree of chemical protection; personnel don the battledress overgarment, chemical protective footware covers, protective mask and hood, and NBC rubber gloves with cotten liners.
