BEACH, Va. (May 26, 2016) -- Boatswain's Mate 1st Class James Therrien rings the bell at the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story Commander's Annual Bell Tolling Memorial Ceremony. The Bell Tolling Ceremony is held every year prior to Memorial Day in honor of service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
