Copenhagen, Denmark, January 27, 2015: The Copenhagen underground Metro Cityring reach a new milestone this week when the tunnel boring machines break through into a new. The operating company, Metroselskabet, invited the international press to a briefing and a tour in the tunnels this Tuesday. The Cityring extension consist of 2 parallel tunnels (photo), one above the other and the will have a length of some 15, 5 KM in 20 – 40 meter depth.
