SINGAPORE - JULY 9: Bank of China building on 4 Battery Road in Singapore's Downtown Core on July , 2012. The unique aspect of this builidng is that it is part of two tower structure. The first tower, the original Bank of China building, was completed in 1954. At 18 storeys and until 1974, the building was the tallest in Singapore. The second tower was completed in 2000. Both buildings share the same podium. The architects for both structures was P & T Architects & Engineers of Hong Kong (formerly known as Palmer and Turner). (Photo by Rogan Coles)
