Statue of Llywelyn ap Gruffydd Fychan

A statue/sculpture of Llywelyn ap Gruffydd Fychan, at Llandovery, Wales. In around 1400AD, he angered King Henry 1V by leading his army on a wild goose chase while searching for Owain Glyndŵr, for which Henry had him half-hanged, disembowelled while still alive, then quartered. The quarters being exhibited in four different parts of Wales. Severe punishment indeed.
